Terms & Conditions for Sellers

By listing products on auctions.andruszgiants.com (the “Platform”), owned and operated by ANDRUSZ GIANTS PUMPKIN SEEDS LLC (“Company”), you (“Seller”) agree to the following terms:

1. Platform Overview

• auctions.andruszgiants.com is an auction-only marketplace for pumpkin seeds.

• The Platform facilitates payments from auction winners and transfers the funds to the Seller, minus a 5% commission fee.

2. Seller Responsibilities

• Sellers are solely responsible for the products they list, including legality, quality, and accuracy of descriptions.

• Sellers must coordinate and ship the winning product to the Buyer within 3 business days of auction completion.

• Sellers must provide proof of shipping (tracking number, receipt, or equivalent) to the Buyer via email or phone.

• Sellers agree to handle any shipping costs unless otherwise specified in the product listing.

3. Processing & Payments

• ANDRUSZ GIANTS PUMPKIN SEEDS LLC receives the full payment of the winning bid.

• 95% of the winning bid amount is then transferred to the seller’s PayPal account. Sellers must provide a valid PayPal email during sign-up to receive payouts.

• Sellers may not alter or circumvent the commission fee.

4. Legal and Liability

• Sellers are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws regarding the sale of seeds in their jurisdiction.

• The Platform and ANDRUSZ GIANTS PUMPKIN SEEDS LLC are not liable for product defects, shipping delays, or disputes between Sellers and Buyers.

• Sellers agree to resolve any disputes in good faith.

5. Termination

• The Platform may suspend or terminate Seller accounts for fraud, non-shipment, repeated violations, or illegal activity.

6. General

• By using the Platform, Sellers agree to these terms and acknowledge that they have read and understood them.

• These terms may be updated from time to time; Sellers will be notified via email or on the Platform.
