Terms and Conditions for Buyers

By participating in auctions on auctions.andruszgiants.com (the “Platform”), owned and operated by ANDRUSZ GIANTS PUMPKIN SEEDS LLC (“Company”), you (“Buyer”) agree to the following terms:

1. Platform Overview

• auctions.andruszgiants.com is an auction-only marketplace for pumpkin seeds.

• The Platform facilitates payments and adds a 5% processing fee to the winning bid.

2. Auction Rules

• All bids are legally binding. By placing a bid, the Buyer agrees to pay the full winning amount if they win.

• The auction closes automatically at the scheduled end time. The highest valid bid at that time wins.

• The Platform does not guarantee product availability or quality; it is the Seller’s responsibility to fulfill the order.

3. Payment

• Payments are processed through the Platform. Buyers must complete payment within 48 hours. If no payment is made in this time frame, the next highest bidder will win that auction.

4. Shipping

• Sellers are responsible for shipping products to Buyers.

• Buyers must provide accurate shipping information.

• Buyers acknowledge that shipping times, costs, and methods are set by the Seller.

5. Liability

• The Platform and ANDRUSZ GIANTS PUMPKIN SEEDS LLC are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments.

• Buyers are encouraged to communicate with Sellers through the Platform’s messaging system for any issues.

6. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes between Buyer and Seller should be attempted to resolve directly.

• The Platform may intervene in cases of fraud, non-shipment, or abuse, but is not liable for products or delivery.

7. General

• By participating in auctions, Buyers agree to these terms and acknowledge that they have read and understood them.

• These terms may be updated; Buyers will be notified via email or on the Platform.
